Sceptre’s Power Boost SS1000 redefines the concept of portable backup batteries by combining the power and performance of larger systems with the nimbleness and versatility of portable units.  Weighing at only 2.76 lbs., the Power Boost SS1000 has a max. output capacity of 240 amps and is able to charge 2 USB devices at the same time with a 4,200 mAh internal battery.  It is also an emergency LED flashlight with 3 working light modes and 3 emergency flash light modes.

“Sceptre’s Power Boost SS1000 should be in every car and in every household,” says Cathy Chou, vice president of operations, Sceptre.  “It’s array of features and outstanding battery life makes it the go-to accessory during emergencies.  You can even use the 12V adaptor and a separate converter to power electronics or household devices while on the go.”

The Power Boost SS1000 utilizes a high-quality Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery capable of retaining up to 80% of battery life even after half a year of non-usage.  It can be recharged by plugging in the power adapter or through jumper cables when connected to a car battery.  Sceptre also makes monitoring power levels easy with an LED battery light indicator.
