PlayFirst and Sony Pictures Consumer Products have teamed up to release the official mobile game for The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones movie, coming soon for iOS and Android™. The action role-playing game will be available for free on the App Store and Google Play™ on August 15, a week before the release of the film, in theaters August 21.
Players will take on the role of a Shadowhunter, a half-angel, half–human warrior, and defeat vampires, warlocks and other demons to save New York City from their malevolent clutches. Featuring locations, characters and magical abilities from the film,The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones mobile game is the perfect way for fans to get excited about the upcoming movie release while introducing new fans through the game.
