I’ve never played this one, but now I may have to check it out as it does seem rather popular…

Silicon Studio, famed developer of Bravely Default and powerful next-gen middleware solution YEBIS 2 – as seen in the trailer for Square Enix’s Final Fantasy XV – is pleased to announce their free-to-play mobile RPG Fantasica has surpassed 4 million users worldwide.

Available for both Android and iOS devices through Mobage, a popular mobile and social games platform, Fantasica has wowed gamers across the world with beautiful visuals, brilliant music, and addictive gameplay that perfectly blends card-collecting, role-playing and tower defense genres. Fantasica received Mobage’s Game of the Year Award for Best Art Style, as created by famed Final Fantasy art director Hideo Minaba. Fantasica is available in the US, Japan, Europe, China, South Korea, and Taiwan.

“It is truly an accomplishment to hit over 4 million downloads,” says Takehiko Terada, CEO of Silicon Studio. “Fantasica is a stunning game with highly addictive gameplay and it’s amazing to see so many people are enjoying it.”

This year Fantasica celebrates its first anniversary and Silicon Studio is organizing an in-game event to celebrate this accomplishment. Players should stay tuned for the exciting new adventures and opportunities in the world of Fantasica!
