Sure it’s a title from Valusoft but it sounds like a game I want to play. I love horror games, the scarier and the more gore the better!

(BUSINESS WIRE)–Battle your way through the depths of hell as ValuSoft, a division of THQ Inc., a leading worldwide publisher and developer of interactive entertainment software, today announced The Haunted: Hells Reach will be available for PC at major retailers nationwide this October and is scheduled to be available in early 2012 as a download on Xbox LIVE® Arcade for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, and also on the PlayStation®Network for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system. Developed by the 2010 grand prize winner of the ‘$1 Million Intel Make Something Unreal Contest,’ The Haunted: Hells Reach is a third-person survival horror shooter that uses Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 3.

In The Haunted: Hells Reach, the forces of evil plan to invade earth and only a small group of humans stand in their way. Use a huge arsenal of deadly weapons and melee combat moves to battle the minions of hell in several different game modes.

The Haunted: Hells Reachincludes intense gameplay and rich multiplayer modes as well as other death defying features such as:

  • 30 stages spread over eight terrifying locations;
  • More than 20 enemies;
  • Four Human playable characters;
  • Masses of upgradable weaponry: the knife upgrades to a chainsaw, witch hammer and glaive;
