“Cut the Rope” Sweetens the Deal for Android Users

WHAT’S THE NEWS: Om Nom’s insatiable appetite for candy has guided him to sweet desserts on the Android platform. ZeptoLab, the mobile game development studio behind Cut the Rope, today announced the award-winning game is now available (ad-free) for $0.99 on Android Market and on Amazon Appstore for Android.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT: Cut the Rope first gained popularity on the iOS platform late last year and Android smartphone owners have patiently waited for the opportunity to feed Om Nom themselves. ZeptoLab is excited to extend the game to a new and wider audience, especially as Android smartphone adoption continues to grow.
