Well it seems I have to start this review off with an apology actually. Yes I was wrong, I admit it. In May I posted about the CellHandle in the PR section and I said something along the lines that I thought it was rather useless, well I was wrong. One of the partners of the company saw my little post and he emailed me basically insisting that I test them out, I said sure of course I’d be happy to test them out. After using them for a bit I’ve done a 180 with my opinion of the CellHandle, now I like it and I think it’s very useful. Today for review I’ve got an ingenious little gadget called the CellHandle that allows you to hold your phone or other portable device with just one finger. Let’s just get into it..

The Review::
The CellHandle comes in a small blister style package, plastic and cardboard.
When you open the package you’ll find three things, two velcro dots and the main ‘ring’ section.
The ring section is a soft cloth material attached to a round plastic piece that rotates 360 degrees with velcro on it as well.
You may have noticed it comes with two velcro pads. You can use it with two different devices, just attach one to each device you want to use.
The ring section has a small removable strip of male style velcro on it that forms the loop to go around your finger or fingers. The inside of the ring is very soft and comfortable to wear for long periods.
To use you just need to attach the velcro disc to the device you want to use it with. Since it came with two I used it with two of my gadgets of course. The first was my Samsung Captivate which is in an Otterbox case.
Then here it is with the CellHandle on:
Here’s me holding it; It really does work well, you can now hold the phone and do what you need to do without worrying about dropping it. If you hand is big enough you can really just use one hand, your thumb can push buttons or touch the screen.
The CellHandle can also be used as a stand which is rather useful I think.
Using it with a phone is nice, but I found using it with my tablet is much more useful. I recently got the Le Pan 9.7” Android tablet for review and I found the back is rather slippery really so I stuck a velcro disc on there and used it with the CellHandle.
The CellHandle works great with the tablet, you can put your finger through it and then use your hand to stabilize the tablet. It makes it much more easy and more comfortable to use for long periods of time.
The velcro is very strong actually, I can lift the tablet with it and it stays held up.
The only tiny little complaint I could have is that the loop or ring is a bit small. Yes it’s for one finger, and that works but if you’re using it with a tablet.
Conclusion:
Honestly I’m amazed at this little product and I have to ask where has it been all this time? Seriously though, we’ve had cellphones for a long time now and no one else has thought of this little gadget yet?
The CellHandle is a must-have gadget I think, it works great on phones and I think it’s the perfect accessory for a tablet.
I for one am very happy I got the CellHandle for review, I’ll most certainly be continuing to use it from now on for both my tablet and cellphone.
Some might say $20 is a bit expensive for such of small little product, but trust me it’s well worth it, especially if you’ve got a tablet. This is one of those product that I can easily recommend you go out and buy for sure.
