It’s tech news…  I’m not particularly excited about it, but it’s tech..

Honda’s newest version of its advanced humanoid robot, ASIMO, will make its North American debut in New York on Tuesday, April 15 with an appearance on the "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" talk show.

On Wednesday, April 16, there will be an appointment-only demonstration for select media at the Westin Grand Central hotel, Manhattan.

Media will see up close the newest ASIMO technology, and interview the engineer who leads the development of ASIMO.

This all-new ASIMO will showcase major technological advancements including increased hand dexterity, allowing ASIMO to communicate using both American and Japanese sign language.

Other new capabilities to be demonstrated include running, hopping, jumping, climbing stairs, pouring liquid, dancing and kicking a soccer ball.
